• In rare cases, if a product is out of stock or unavailable from our supplier, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued if needed.

2. Delivery Time

• We aim to deliver all orders within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the product.
• Orders in metro cities are typically delivered faster (5–7 days), while deliveries to tier 2 and tier 3 cities or remote areas may take slightly longer.
• Since we work with multiple suppliers and vendors, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, which could arrive at different times.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on most of our products across India. However, in some rare cases, a small shipping fee may be applied based on product type or location. This will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
• You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress through the delivery service's website or app.

5. Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to deliver on time, there may occasionally be delays due to high demand, courier issues, weather conditions, or festivals.

is our comprehensive return and refund policy:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of
receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
• You received the wrong product or size.
• There is a manufacturing defect or missing parts.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are typically not eligible for return
due to hygiene or usage reasons:

• Personal care or hygiene-related items (e.g. toothbrush holders, soap dispensers, etc.)
• Opened or used items
• Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a short explanation.
3. We will review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return.
4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).
5. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.).
• Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank or UPI details to process the refund.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can then request a return after delivery.
